What is a CNCA?

The CNCA is Angola's cargo declaration, filed before loading for containerised imports. It is frequently referred to as ARCCLA, and both names appear in shipping documentation for the same requirement. Angola is the only lusophone destination in the group, and its documentation is handled in Portuguese.

Angola runs four commercial ports and a significant volume of oil-sector and project cargo. The declaration gives customs advance sight of high-value equipment shipments, and a certificate of origin is commonly required alongside the standard documents.

Full name: Certificado Nacional de Carga. The reference number must be endorsed on the final Bill of Lading before the container is loaded.
